BUDGETING AND PROJECT CONSULTATION (DESIGN-BUILD)
Before a project is off the drawing board KJ Millworks will work closely with the client to ensure their design expectations are met and the work will be completed within the specified budget. KJ Millworks will provide budgeting and design services to construction management, general contracting and design individuals. Our team can meet with the contractor and owner, and develop a millwork budget. KJ Millworks will work closely with the team to generate millwork specifications, including material recommendations that consider both performance and esthetic appeal.

Working with clients and contractors, our staff is able to identify ways to control costs while adding value and maintaining product integrity. MILLWORK AND PANELING
KJ Millworks utilizes the latest technology for computer aided design and manufacturing to provide our clients with detailed shop drawings to ensure clear project communication and execution. We use the latest CAD and CAM software to send machine code to the shop floor for production of the exact parts needed. After the final design is approved, the project can be programmed, sent to the CNC (computer numerical control) machining center, and then proceed to the shop floor for fabrication
